From Naples' Molo Beverello, take any hydrofoil or fast ferry to Sorrento. From the Sorrento city center (piazza Tasso), take the bus of Circumvesuviana line A (frequency: every 20 minutes) to Meta.
From Napoli Piazza Garibaldi, take the local "Circumvesuviana" train (frequency: every 30/35 minutes) to Sorrento. Get off the train at Meta. From the train station at Meta, take the first Circumvesuviana line "A" bus to the beach.

From Naples Capodichino airport, take the "Curreri" bus to Sorrento. Get off the bus at Meta, Chiesa della Madonna del Lauro.
Take the A3 Napoli-Salerno. From the toll booth of Castellammare di Stabia, take the freeway to the Peninsula of Sorrento and continue on to Meta. Once you reach the church of La Madonna Del Lauro, take the first right and follow street signs to the beach (spiaggia). We are located on via A. Caruso, street no. 2.
